Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
3. A once off site inspection of the building shall be given by Mr. Tom Egan of An Bord Pleanála on the 3.6.2011 at 10am. Two persons only may attend from each tendering firm. Please email t.egan@pleanala.ie with names/details to confirm attendance by 4pm on the 1.6.2011. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in entry to the building being denied and may result in elimination of the tenderer from the competition.

Technical and professional ability:
(1) A statement of the candidate's average annual number of staff and managerial staff over the previous 3 years.
(2) Details of the educational and professional qualifications of their managerial staff; and those of the person(s) who would be responsible for providing the services or carrying out the work or works under the contract.
(3) All candidates will be required to provide certification from an independent body attesting conformity to environmental management standards in accordance with the Community Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS); or the European standard BS EN ISO 14001.

(4) All candidates will be required to provide certification drawn up by an independent body attesting the compliance of the economic operator with quality assurance standards based on the relevant European standards.
(5) Certificates drawn up by official quality control institutes or agencies of recognised competence attesting the conformity of products clearly identified by references to specifications or standards.

Adequate evidence in the form of references from current/previous contracts for provision of facilities management services.
Must employ or have ready access to multiskilled technicians, e.g. M+E engineers, plumbers, handymen etc - provision of operational infrastructure.
24 hour helpdesk.
Specified response times must be met.
Provide audited accounts for previous years operation (3 years).
Adequate insurance cover, public liability 6 400 000 EUR, employer's liability 13 000 000 EUR and Professional Idemnity 2 600 000 EUR.
Must have adequate resources to provide the services required - what are the present commitments/workload.
ISO accreditation.
