The engineering department of Iarnród Éireann are establishing a panel of small plant and tool hire companies to service the needs of the maintenance departments who operate throughout the Republic of Ireland.
The tender will be separated into 3 lots (Munster, Connaught and Leinster) and will involve the short and medium term hire of petrol cobras, impact wrenches, tower lights, generators, compressors, hammer action drills, kango hammers and rollers etc.
Companies will be required to supply a catalogue of their products to enable a database to be set up for the end users.
