Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
As part of their tender submission (at the next stage of this process), each tenderer will be required to complete and sign at the appropriate management level a Declaration of Bona Fides. This attests to their position in relation to bankruptcy, professional conduct/misconduct, payment of social security and taxes, supply of information in relation to health and safety, quality assurance as well as misrepresentation in supplying information relating to the criteria for qualitative selection of the contract. 3 copies of the response should be submitted.

Must demonstrate to have in place an existing distribution network capable of delivering a high profile weekly magazine to approximately 5 000 retail outlets on the island of Ireland.
