Object Scope of the procurement
Short description:
The requirement is for the analysis, design, development and deployment to live operation of a software application and an associated database to support the business requirements of the Road Transport Operator Licensing Unit. Contract software support for the developed application is required. Data extraction from the existing Paradox based system, data cleanup and data takeon to the new application is required.

Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The postbox closes precisely at the time stated.
