The successful tenderer will be required to supply, install, commission and maintain the service. Prior to the award of contract, the chosen supplier may be required to demonstrate to the Department of Justice & Equality its ability of providing such bandwidth and the ability to maintain this service.
The successful supplier will be expected as part of this contract to:
Supply, deliver and maintain proposed bandwidth between Department of Justice & Equality sites and - where required - Government Networks.
Negotiate any access or way leaves independent of the Department of Justice & Equality.
