The Companies Registration Office (CRO) is seeking to appointment a service provider to remotely key up and subsequently, transfer onto the CRO database certain data currently held as scanned documents by the CRO. The documents to be keyed up and transferred onto the CRO database are annual returns which every incorporated company in Ireland is required by law to submit to the CRO. The CRO requires a service provider to key up these scanned annual returns so that they can be transferred onto the CRO database.
