1. Current Bankers Reference;
2. Evidence of overall turnover and profitability for the last 3 years (audited accounts or statement from Vendor's auditor);
3. Evidence of Insurances (Minimum levels anticipated: Employer's Liability โ‚ฌ13m, Public Liability 2 500 000 EUR).
Technical and professional ability:
Candidates should provide the following information to ESB via email:
1. A brief summary of the Candidate's experience of supplying, commissioning, training and supporting Web Conferencing and Audio conferencing services including:
(a) length of time Candidate has been in the business of supplying and commissioning these services;
(b) length of time Candidate has been in the business of supporting Web and Audio Conferencing services;
(c) indicate if the Candidate is a Web or Audio Conferencing product owner, product reseller or an implementation service provider of these services;
(d) indicate the range of Web and Audio Conferencing services supported by the Candidate.
2. Details of 3 recent, relevant examples of projects undertaken for Web and Audio Conferencing services (with a similar scope as outlined in Section II.2.1). Candidate's should provide name of client, duration of contract, and name, email address & phone number of reference contact (unless otherwise stated ESB will assume that contact may be made with these references without further reference to the candidate).
