Provision of unified communications and associated services - bord gais networks
Bord Gáis Eireann wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of unified communications equipment (UC) and associated support services. The scope of the equipment and applications covers: IP (Internet protocol) voice telephony; line and trunk side voice recording; unified messaging integrated into voice mail; and integration with mobile data and voice networks; integration with commercially available third party office communications software applications through session initiated protocol (SIP). The services will cover technical support for the equipment and applications. It is currently anticipated that the contract will be for a minimum of a three year (3) period with an option to further extend annually for a period of up to two (2) years.
