The development of an environmental award scheme, based on the existing Green Hospitality Award and/or schemes of a similar status and structure, suitable for all strata of the Irish hospitality sector, from micro-enterprises up to multiple hotel chains. Development of supporting audit and review protocols in accordance with the structure of the proposed scheme. The scheme will concentrate on resource efficiency elements primarily, and cost savings for members.

(1) All candidates will be required to provide evidence of relevant professional risk indemnity insurance;
(2) All candidates will be required to provide a statement, covering the 3 previous financial years including the overall turnover of the candidate and the turnover in respect of the activities which are of a similar type to the subject matter of this notice;
