The Operating Theatre suites (comprising operating rooms, anaesthetic rooms, prep rooms, dirty utility rooms, and scrub rooms) will be located on the 3rd floor of a new 4 storey Central Block building which is currently under construction by John Sisk and Sons Ltd. The areas to be fitted out will be unfinished shell space. The Fit-out installation works shall comprise the installation of partition walls to the theatre rooms with powder coated stainless steel panels or compact laminate panels on one face, ceilings with finish to match partitions, and integrated door sets. The Fit-out specialist shall co-ordinate his design and installation activities with the Mechanical/ Medical Gas specialist the Electrical/ ICT services specialist and the Theatre Equipment specialists. Theatre equipment installation includes but is not limited to 4 No UCV Systems, Operating Tables, Lighting, Pendants, Video Screens, NIMIS Screens, Cameras and Clocks.
