— NUI Galway will not reimburse any cost incurred in either completing the application, attending interviews or preparation of tender documents,

— the lowest or any tender need not necessarily be accepted,

— NUI Galway reserves the right to award to one or more supplier(s),

— tenderers are permitted to submit proposals for all pieces, a combination of pieces or any individual piece of equipment.
