Procurement of ICT solution and associated services to facilitate social work recording at an operational/clinical level. Scope of the procurement includes the provision of a quality solution to include software, installation and configuration, testing, training, data take on i.e. import of basic case information to the new system, implementation, support, software maintenance and system integration (if required in the future).
