Náisiún (ICT Solution for processing of Consular Services)
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of an ICT systems solution to replace the Department's existing Consular Services processing systems for (i) Foreign Birth Registration, (ii) certificates provided in relation to Marriages Abroad; and (iii) legalisation/authentication of documents, including by Apostille under the Hague Convention on the Legalisation of Foreign Public Documents. The main component of the system will focus on the Foreign Birth Registration process and the working title for the solution shall be "Náisiún".
