License to Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Maintain an Airport Service Station at Dublin Airport
The Airport Services Station Licence is intended to comprise of 2 lots.
The first lot is a licence for a site adjacent to the Dublin Airport Exit road North in close proximity to the existing Petrol Filling station. The License will allow the successful candidate to apply for planning permission, and to Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Maintain a Drive Thru Restaurant Facility on the site. The Licensee shall incur all expenses in relation to the planning, design, and construction of the facility and will pay to the DAA a fee for the license.
The second lot is a licence for the existing Esso Petrol Filling Station (PFS) on the Dublin Airport exit road North. The licence will allow the successful candidate to apply for planning permission, redevelop, operate and maintain the existing PFS facility, redevelopment may include, inter alia, demolition of existing shop and construction of a new retail facility with additional services such as in store seating, a wider range of goods and convenience foods, improved forecourt circulation, improved car parking area, improved customer signage, and improved customer facilities.
Candidates may apply for one or more Lots, but must clearly indicate on their submission whether they are submitting for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both Lots.
