The Enforcement Directorate within the Central Bank wishes to identify, source and implement an appropriate eDiscovery Software Package to support the management of large volumes of complex electronic and hardcopy data. Enforcement is responsible for progressing cases through the administrative sanctions procedure, as well as providing certain investigatory support on fitness and probity and revocation and refusal cases.
