The tender is for the supply, deliver, and as appropriate the installation, commissioning and provision of warranty as appropriate of furniture and equipment-.
โ€” Tenders must be returned using the attached PDF lists/ lots only; any variation from the attached list will result in immediate disqualification,
โ€” Specifications and quantities must exactly match the tender (attached documents). It is essential that all items tendered exactly match the specification and quantities listed,
โ€” Tenders must be returned in hard copy only, sealed and marked "strictly private and confidential tender" and sent for the attention of Eamonn Corrigan.

Insurance for items remains the responsibility of the supplier until the relevant item is received by and signed for by the school on school premises and from when installed/ commissioned to specified standards in the school.

โ€” Warranties applies from date of commission of equipment and where commissioning does not apply from signed received date for all other items,
โ€” Warranty refers to a 36 month warranty which involves a service 12 months after deliver at no extra charge.
