Framework for the supply of broadband internet connectivity and associated services for schools

The purpose of this public procurement competition is two fold:
a. The Minister for Education and Skills invites responses to this request for tender from service providers for participation in a multi supplier framework (with no maximum number) for the supply of broadband internet services to ensure a continuation of the schools broadband programme and
b. The Contracting Authority will after the establishment of the framework agreement award contracts on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender (“meat”) for the supply of the services to schools listed in Appendix 2 pursuant to the rules set out in the framework agreement without reopening the competition (i.e. on the basis of the documentation and information submitted by Tenderers in response to this RFT) (“part one contracts”).
