Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE invites tender submissions from suitably qualified organisations for appointment to a framework agreement for patient transport services providing a high quality transport service for public HSE patients under the following:
1. Patient transfer services, where deemed necessary and required by the HSE, for public patients to and from health facilities in accordance with Pre Hospital Emergency Care Councilโ€™s Inter Facility Patient Transfer Standard (version 1.2) Section 4B.
2. In very exceptional circumstances, provision of patient transfer services for public patients where deemed necessary and required by the HSE to and from health facilities in accordance with Pre Hospital Emergency Care Councilโ€™s Inter Facility Patient Transfer Standard (version 1.2) section 4C.

The initial framework agreement will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for further periods not to exceed 36 months in total.
