Design, development and implementation of new website for the General Register Office

The Department of Social Protection invites tenders for IT consultancy support to design, develop and implement a new customer facing website for the General Register Office.
Assistance is required to:
โ€” design, develop and build a new and fully accessible www.groireland.ie website with suitable architecture, interface and graphic design,
โ€” provide a content management system that meets the Departmentโ€™s needs and utilises the content management elements of Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2010,
โ€” migrate material from the current website to the new website and provide relevant links to the HSE website,
โ€” support the on-going maintenance and upgrade of the website for a period of 3 years,
โ€” provide project management support, i.e. a project team to assist in delivering and implementing the project.
