Bus Éireann requires the services of a competent cleaning company to deep clean its buses at various locations throughout the Republic of Ireland. This Tender calls for management of the fleet at each location to ensure all buses are captured and cleaned within a specific period of time to an agreed standard of cleanliness. The Tender also calls for flexible working hours as the period of work may include night cleaning.

In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitably qualified interested parties must complete and submit the pre-qualification questionnaire provided.
Depending on the quality of pre-qualification details submitted, Bus Eireann may invite between three and eight entities to participate in a tendering competition for the contract.
Following receipt of tenders, Bus Eireann may negotiate as necessary with one or more tenderers and will award the contract to the most economically advantageous offer received.
