Consultancy framework
The Commission wishes to establish a number of frameworks in respect of different disciplines of consultancy services, advice and assistance in connection with the various projects.
These frameworks relate to the following areas of the Commission’s competence:
— Electronic communications (fixed and mobile),
— Broadcasting (analogue and digital),
— Postal.
