Telecom universal service - framework for consultancy services (Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg))
This is a framework agreement for the procurement of consultancy services, relating to universal service issues in the electronic communications sector. ComReg requires different types of expertise for the duration of the Framework Panels and wishes to be able to draw down contracts from the Framework Panels as and when it requires and sees fit.
