The eligible applicants will then be ranked according to their experience in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of water treatment plants and civil engineering works. The five (or less) highest ranked eligible applicants will then be invited to tender for the contract. The eligibility criteria and the ranking system proposed will be more fully described in a pre-qualification document issued to all applicants.
