The Irish Defence Forces Corps of Engineers requires Assault Bridging Equipment for use to support Defence Forces operations and training activities in Ireland. These bridge systems should be capable of spanning a wet or dry gap up to 30 m in span. The bridge should consist of a series of man portable panels which are joined together and cantilevered across the gap.
