The Credit Review Office provides an independent appeals mechanism for SME and farm borrowers who have had their applications for credit, or credit restructuring, refused reduced or withdrawn. Credit Reviewers carry out a review of the banks decision, to assess if the business is viable/will be able to repay the facilities sought, reports to the Credit Committee in the Office and makes recommendations as to whether credit should be provided.
