2016-03-15Single-Party Framework Agreement for the Refurbishment and New Build of the Stable Yard (Curragh Racecourse Ltd)
Contract Phase 2 — Stable Yard: The overall works requirements are split into two
separate contracts.
Contract 1 involves the refurbishment of 76 existing stables. The extent of the
refurbishment works is dependent on the condition of the individual stable.
Applicants should note that there will be limited conservation works to a small
number of stables marked for refurbishment and this will require close
