The School intends to facilitate the availability of this service each day of the school year for 458 students. The school calendar will be furnished to the Successful Tenderer at the start of each academic year.

Phase 2 of the upgrade of the Heating Services including retaining the existing boilers and full upgrade of the heating centre headers, pumps, valves, pipework, actuators, presurisation unit, new 2 pipe heating distribution system, radiators, adiant panels, heating controls and all associated electrical and builder's works and redecoration. The phase 2 contract shall include connection to the Phase 1 heating distribution pipework systemsand fortesting and commissioning theentire heating system
