SmartPly Europe manufactures a range of SmartPly OSB (Oriented Strand Board) wood products for use in construction and related industries. OSB is an engineered, mat-formed panel product made of strands, flakes or wafers sliced from small diameter; round wood logs and bonded with an exterior-type binder under heat and pressure. SmartPly is undertaking the engineering definition phase for an upgrade to its existing OSB production plant in Waterford Ireland.

SmartPly invites expressions of interest for the supply of project management services for the project. The approximate duration of the contract is 24 months, starting May 2012. Short-listed candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving detailed information regarding the technical scope and project plan.
