We have received approval to commence architectural planning for roof works. The issues associated with existing roofs, relate to water ingress in multiple areas which have been ongoing for years. The cause of water ingress is not due to lack of maintenance or the age of the roof. Water ingress is occurring, as a direct result of how the roofs were originally designed and constructed.
