The LEDP Building Refurbishment project generally comprises the following proposed works:  Replacement of existing roof coverings.  Remove/replace/repair existing rooflights.  Replacement and upgrading of the external building fabric.  Structural works and mechanical and electrical works associated with the above.  Addition of solar PV system to building.
