The works involve the following: The proposals for Milford will involve the breaking up the construction works into 2 phases in order to cater for orderly development and provision of off street parking during the construction of the EIS. The first phase of the works will see the construction of a new link road between Church Road and Kilmacrennan Road constructed with the aid of retaining walls. The car park for this phase must be completed and operational before phase 2 of the works will be permitted. Phase 2 of the works will involve an Environmental Improvement Scheme along the length of Main Street with new footpaths, kerbing, undergrounding of services, new street furniture and lighting and new drainage.
