Provision of well control services. The provision of well control services. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to surface intervention services required to control a blowing well. Contractor shall direct, supervise and control fire-fighting, wreckage and debris removal, well capping, snubbing, hot tapping, freezing and other associated well kill operations. The primary duties of the Contractor are: — emergency response services (call off) to re establish control over a blowing or critical well, — consultative well control management services, — cooperate with company in developing well intervention methods for new well scenarios.
