Purchase of New Class B Water Tender for Fire Brigade use. 8 months time limit for delivery from date of confirmation of order. Deposits and Guarantees Required: In the event of stage payments being agreed, tenderer must submit appropriate Banker's reference and security for performance of the contract. 95% within 4 weeks of delivery. Remainder after 6 months. Legal Form to be taken by Grouping of Suppliers: Joint and several liability. Grouping of suppliers to be in accordance with EU Legislation. (a) Tender in the form attached to the Specification documents. (b) Adequate information shall be provided to enable an appraisal in accordance with criteria set out in 13 below. Six months from closing date. The most economically advantageous tender taking into account the following criteria in descending order of priority: (a) Aesthetic and Functional characteristics (b) Quality (c) Cost Effectivness (d) Running Costs (e) After sales service (d) Availability and cost of spare parts (e) Price (e) Technical assistance (f) Technical merit (g) Delivery date 14. Contract to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes to be resolved in the Republic of Ireland. The Tender shall be made on a Form of Tender in the format attached to the Specification for the vehicles and shall be forwarded in a sealed envelope clearly marked ¿Tender for Fire Appliances 2005¿. The tender price shall be fixed and shall be quoted in Euros only, exclusive of V.A.T. but inclusive of delivery charges for delivery to Fire Station Headquarters, Dungarvan, Co Waterford, Ireland. The acceptance of any tender shall be subject to the approval of the Department of the Environment and Local Government of Ireland.
