Four County Non-Domestic Water Metering Contract. The four local authorities of Cavan County Council, Meath County Council, Offaly County Council and Westmeath County Council propose to pre-qualify a panel of Private Service Providers, to whom tender documents will be issued for the Four County Non-Domestic Water Metering Project. The objective of the contract is to procure a sustainable system of measurement of water consumption of the non-domestic water users in the administrative areas of the four local authorities in compliance with national policy. Approximately 4 220-meter installations, in varying conditions, currently exist and it's estimated that there are approximately 16 414 non-domestic water customers in total across all the four local authorities.
