Cork County Council proposes to pre-qualify a panel of contractors to whom invitation to tender documents will be issued for the Cork County Council Water Conservation Project - Contract No.1 DMA Establishment. This contract is for the supply only or the supply, installation and commissioning of approximately 350 electromagnetic bulk flow meters and approximately 450 telemetry outstations across Cork County Council's functional area. The contract may also involve the design, supply, installation and commissioning of Instrumentation, central system and all communication and power supply requirements at remote sites and the central location. The contract may also involve the design, installation and commissioning of a central management system where site information will be presented in graphical form showing alarms, trends and management of historical information and the production of site and system performance reports.
