North City Water Supply Scheme Phases 1&2 and Clontarf Flood Defences. Dublin City Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of approximately 5km of large diameter potable water mains (ranging in size from 400mm to 600mm diameter) and for the construction of approximately 3km of flood mounding and walls (approximately 2 150m of earth mound and approximately 900m of in-situ concrete walls) along Clontarf Promenade between Alfie Byrne Road and the Bull Wall.
