The Houses of the Oireachtas (Irish Parliament) has a requirement for a number of photocopiers, fax machines and folding/inserting machines over the next 3 years. The Houses of the Oireachtas wishes to enter into a framework agreement with suppliers under agreed conditions for 3 years for the supply and maintenance of various types of office equipment. It is intended to award a contract intially for the supply and maintenance of 10 photocopiers, 20 fax machines, 2 folding/inserting machines. It is intended to use the restricted procedure where only those economic operators deemed to have passed the qualification criteria are invited to submit a tender. Candidates must complete the attached questionnaire in relation to financial, economic and technical capacity in order to be considered for qualification. The award of the contracts will be based on the award criteria in the RFT.
