Two photon/Multiphoton microscope for imaging calcium transients and membrane potential changes from deep inside 400 micrometre thick live brain slices and brain organoids. Note: Quotes for laser source alone will not be accepted. The product should be suitable for 2P imaging from deep inside brain slices and organoids. This microscope will be used for pre-screening of selected individual slice or organoid taken out from multiwall plates and assessing neuronal network function in detail before the entire multiwall plate is taken out for high content/highthroughput screening.
