Part 2a are the details supplied by you last year (if relevant) which you can update. Part 2b are new details required from you. Why Register. It is Coillte's policy to employ competent contractors to carry out our harvesting operations and we are committed to investing and assisting all contractors on our panel with information, advice and training in order to meet the technological changes necessary to be more competitive and efficient. Details of long and short term contract packages will be circulated to panel members. It should also be noted that, in order to be eligible for any harvesting work in 2009, it will be necessary to register and qualify for the panel.
