It is Coillte's policy to employ competent contractors to carry out our harvesting operations and we are committed to investing and assisting all contractors in our framework with information, advice and training in order to meet the technological changes necessary to be more competitive and efficient. Details of long and short term contract packages will be circulated to framework members. It should also be noted that, in order to be eligible for any harvesting work in 2010, it will be necessary to register and qualify for the framework.
