Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) -Great Island Project -BOP & CCGT Integration. Endesa Ireland wishes to invite expressions of interest for Balance of Plant (BOP) and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Integration and Installation Works, Supplies & Services for the Great Island CCGT Generating Station project. It is anticipated that the scope of works will include the complete turnkey design and execution of a CCGT power generating station in Great Island, Co Wexford, installing and integrating certain equipment (Power Train, Step-up Transformer and Grid Connection) to be supplied separately to the project. The Balance of Plant (BOP) required for the execution of a CCGT is to be supplied under the scope of this contract. The successful Candidate may be required to enter bilateral contracts with the equipment supplier(s). (The equipment supplier(s) will supply the Power Train, Step-up Transformer and Grid Connection Cabling and therefore the supply of this equipment is outside the scope of this contract.). The scope shall include the detailed design and engineering, manufacturing, transport, construction, assembly, testing and commissioning, as well as all civil works necessary to build the combined cycle station. Further detail will be set out in later tender documentation. The development has received planning permission under the strategic infrastructure act.
