The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) intends to procure by competitive process certain services provided for under the National Exchequer and co-founded by stakeholder sector entitled โSmall Ruminant Health Programmeโ. The Measure proposes 3 key elements: 1. Development of the Small Ruminant Health Programme. The project manager to develop the programme with focus on but not limited to improve flock/herd productivity and enhance animal health management. The programme manager to procure match DAFM funds with stakeholder funds. 2. Training of Advisors to deliver the programme to farmers.
