It is proposed to develop the Officer Building, Old Connolly Barracks into accommodation for Ukrainian refugees, with approximately 80 people being accommodated in the building. All works must comply with the Conservation Principals. The Officers building is the principal building of the Connolly Barracks site. The building extends to 1,614 sqm.
