The Moat Club CLG
The Moat Club CLG invites tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and programming of LED auditorium and stage lighting fixtures and associated control equipment for the Moat Theatre, Abbey Street, Naas, Co. Kildare. The scope comprises a complete turnkey replacement of the existing conventional lighting infrastructure, including LED production lighting fixtures such as profiles, fresnels, CYC and moving lights, dimmer and relay infrastructure with a minimum of 72 circuits, DMX and network control, house lighting control system, truss system and two motorised chain hoists. All works include testing, commissioning, staff training and warranty support. This is a national open procedure competition below the EU threshold.

The contractor must carry out all works in compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated Regulations, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013, and Safe Electric requirements. Safe Electric certification must be provided for all applicable electrical installation works. All hoists and truss infrastructure must be installed by competent persons in accordance with Irish health and safety legislation. All works must be completed within 12 months of contract award including testing, commissioning, training, handover and expiry of the defects liability period.
