This project concerns the replacement of one number bed evacuation lift at Richmond Intensive Care Unit, Beaumont Hospital. The replacement will be executed in a single phase, with minimal disruption to the Hospital's operations. As part of the works, the successful tenderer shall provide a permanent cabin which shall be used as the basis for the site offices for the duration of the contract period. This cabin shall be left in situ and transferred to Beaumont Hospital's ownership upon contract completion.
