Construction of approximately 720m of access road and shared footways/cycleways throughout a greenfield site including recreational pitch construction and associated Earthworks within a sloping site. Access will be constructed onto the existing N14 National Primary Road to accommodate the proposed development. The development will further consist of the following, Wastewater pumping station and associated pipe networks to service proposed developments. Storm-water drainage facilitating potential future connections inclusive of Water Quality and Volumetric mitigation infrastructure for discharge to the local watercourse. Services and utilities to service proposed developments including ESB substation. Future linkages that will facilitate access to adjoining lands to enable potential future development proposals and facilitate future road layout proposals that will increase the overall connectivity to the town Centre for both pedestrians and road users.
