Oberstown Children Detention Campus

Oberstown are seeking to appoint a training provider to deliver training to Oberstown campus staff to enable them to become instructors in the delivery of safety intervention methods. It is anticipated that additional requirements under this framework agreement will cover training related services within the scope of this framework agreement. As the subject matter of this framework agreement is a Title III service, the establishment of the framework is not fully subject to the provisions of Directive 2014/24/EC with regards to the choice of procedure. Therefore, the Contracting Authority is employing a Single Stage Procedure involving Negotiation in order to establish this framework. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to enter negotiations with some or all tenderers who submit a valid responsive tender. Negotiations may be held on all aspects of the service under each of the published Award Criteria. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to award the contract directly following receipt of initial tenders without recourse to negotiations with individual tenderers.
