The EPA wishes to establish a framework agreement over three years for the supply, installation and commissioning of water depth pressure transducers, data loggers, power supply and ancillary equipment, with the potential for GSM telemetry dial up capability. Supply, installation and commissioning of equipment The EPA intends to purchase 100 (one hundred) groundwater level recording devices and 5 (five) telemetry devices following the initial competitive tendering process. The supply, installation and commissioning of a total of 83 (eighty three) groundwater level recording devices and related equipment with an additional 17 groundwater level recorders to be supplied as spares to the eight EPA Hydrometric Offices: - Dublin (24) - Monaghan (12) - Letterkenny (3) - Athlone (6) - Castlebar (11) - Limerick (4) - Mallow (5) - Kilkenny (18) Details of the numbers of groundwater level recording devices to be installed in each Hydrometric Office Region are indicated in brackets. The supply, installation and commissioning of a total of 5 (five) telemetry devices and related equipment in four of the EPA Hydrometric Office Regions: Dublin (1), Athlone (1), Castlebar (2), and Kilkenny (1).Details of the numbers of telemetry devices to be installed in each Hydrometric Office Region are indicated in brackets. As further requirements arise for the supply of monitoring equipment members of the framework will be invited either into mini competitions or on foot of their original tender submitted during the 3-year framework period.
