Midlands Phase 2 Broadband Project The scope of the work required includes but is not limited to detailed network design, testing and certification of the networks, project management and supervisory services, CAD services and assisting with planning permissions. The network elements will include but not be limited to duct and sub-duct infrastructure in a variety of ground types, chamber structures, drop connections, co-location facility, wireless site design, wireless propagation studies and fibre design. The scope of services required will apply to the towns of Portarlington, Moate, Clara, Edenderry and Mountmellick. IRL - The towns of Portarlilngton, Mountmellick, Moate, Clara and Edenderry.
