Indicative list of the services to be provided: 1. The deployment of a content management system (CMS) to update the new home page of Oireachtas.ie and to manage a new communications area of the website with sections for the media, events and educational content. The content management system should be scalable to enterprise level; 2. Full documentation for the CMS, to include functional specification and documented testing processes; 3. Implementation of a new design for this new communications area of the Oireachtas.ie website and the website's home page; 4. Implementation of some elements of this new graphic design including new logos on other sections of Oireachtas.ie, as well as some of its microsites; 5. Any necessary training to Commission staff in using the CMS and in maintaining the accessibility of the CMS and its information content; 6. Support and management of the CMS post-launch; Please note that this project does not include the following: 7. The substitution of existing back-end systems linked to Oireachtas.ie; 8. The content management systems of microsites of Oireachtas.ie; 9. Creation of the new graphic designs themselves - the accessible templates for this site redevelopment are the outputs of a separate design tender.
